Especially with lack of highway, the smc-r will be so much fun. It does absolutely fine at highway speed and has plenty of power (obvious lack of wind protection), but its most enjoyable on roads that are 25-50 mph. I've had a 701 and now a 690 smcr and I adore the bike. The quickshifter and riding modes are really nice on the 2020. KTM 690 2012 stalling problem. Hi guys, I recently bought a duke 690 2012 and I'am encoutering some stalling problem. 1st gear, low rpm, cold or hot if I am playing with the throttle and the clucth to keep my balance in very packed traffic for example, some random stalling occur. I have a Leovince EVO2 without baffle as well.
